About Me
I love coaching and seeing people physically change in front of me when they have a great idea or realisation. I am confident that my clients have the answers and I can help find them.
I trained with one of the UK’s leading coaching organisations, Barefoot Coaching, and I’m a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation) and operate within their Code of Ethics.
I am an internal coach for the Civil Service.
I am currently studying for a Post Graduate Certificate in coaching at The University of Chester and training to become an NLP practitioner. I am also a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and have a BA (Hons) degree from The University of Newcastle.

I have coaching and leadership experience across construction, retail, recruitment, sports, leisure, management consulting and most recently central government. I have worked for a variety of different sized companies in various stages of maturity; from start-ups to FTSE-100. For the past 20 years I have led Finance departments through major change programmes from full operating model design to system implementation and restructures. Whilst I have loved taking teams and companies through these changes as a Finance Director or Consultant, I have been most interested in the people side and seeing people grown and develop. This is what sparked my interest in coaching.
Here are just a few roles I have held:
Associate Director – KPMG
CFO - The Faction Collective
Head of Finance Operations - The Football Association and Wembley Stadium
Head of Internal Audit and then Divisional Head of Finance (HR and IT) - The Berkeley Group
I could waffle on about my achievements but I would rather be honest and present a balanced view. I have experienced anxiety, lack of work life balance, struggles as a female in a male dominated industry and profession, the guilt of making people redundant and disillusionment when I started my 'ideal job' (that really wasn’t). I have experienced the life change that having your first child brings- testing your values, watching a social life disappear and discovering a lot about yourself (good and bad). I was lucky enough to have a coach help me get through some of my challenges and I experienced the huge positive impact a coach can have. I am now passionate about helping others in the same way as I benefited myself.
My biggest passion is travel and I have been lucky enough to have had a couple of years away and working around the world. I am really looking forward to my next travel adventures which will be very different, but just as amazing, with a young family.
My Values

Honesty
I will not shy away from the truths, without honesty we cannot change as we do not know the start or end point

Courage
I will not avoid making decisions or asking questions that other people dare not. I do it with the best intentions to reach the ultimate outcome

Partnership
We all live and operate under the influence of others. So much more can be achieved as a group of diverse people than on our own
